Ingredients
<1 2 lb. Pork Roast, rinsed
<1/2 Pint Heavy Cream
<1/2 cup Sherry
Directions
Put Roast Pork in an oiled pan. Turn so that all sides are coated with oil.
Shake (Grind) pepper so that all sides are coated to your liking.
Cook your roast to the desired degree of doneness. If you are using Supermarket pork, do not worry about and diseases so long as you cook it to 145 F on a meat thermometer. That temperature kills the bacteria. For farm raised Pork, cook well done.
Mix sherry and Cream to make a sauce
Simmer sauce to the desired thickness
Cover Pork Roast with Sauce and serve.
