Ingredients

4 pork chops

1 tomato

2 cups Port wine

1/2 tsp. Sage

1/2 tsp. Thyme

1/2 tsp. MSG

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Put all ingredients in a pot and simmer until Pork is very tender

Serve with baby carrots
