Ingredients

4 Pork Chops or loin pieces

3 ounces of butter

1 can Chicken Stock

6 Cooked Baby Carrots

1 diced medium Onion

1/2 tsp. Garlic powder

1/2 tsp. MSG (MSG)

4 oz. Sherry

1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

In the bottom of a medium large pot, Saute diced pepper and onion until glazed.

Remove vegetables and sauté Pork until brown.

Add all other Ingredients except Sherry to pot and cook until Pork is done.

When Pork is done, add Sherry and serve.
