1/2 cup sherry
Directions
Quarter the Pork. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
Dredge with flour. Brown in butter. Remove Pork pieces and put them in a Casserole. Add remaining Ingredients except sherry. Stir until mixed and warmed.
Deglaze pan in which Pork were browned and pour everything into the Casserole. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 1/2 hour. Mix in sherry at the end.
