4 Pork chops or slices of Pork Loin
1 cup Chicken Stock, water or broth
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup butter
4 ounces of tomato paste
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 tsp. MSG
1/2 cup sherry

Directions

Quarter the Pork.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.

Dredge with flour and brown in butter. Remove Pork pieces and put them in a Casserole. Add remaining Ingredients except sherry. Stir until mixed and warmed.

Deglaze pan in which Pork were browned and pour everything into the Casserole. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 1/2 hour. Mix in sherry at the end.
