Ingredients

8 cups chopped romaine lettuce

3 cups sliced cooked Pork

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup sliced red onions

1/2 cup Ranch Dressing

6 slices well done crumpled Bacon

11/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Toss lettuce, Pork, tomatoes, onions and bacon.

Add dressing; mix lightly.

Yield: 4 servings
