Ingredients
4 Pork Chops4 tbsp. butter3 1/2 ounces [100 g] Pecan bits1/2 cup honey3 tbsp. waterSalt and pepper to tasteDirections
chopPecan bits in food processor or blenderSaute Pecans in 1 tbsp. butter
Remove Pecans, add the rest of the butter and sauté Pork Chops until done, turning so both sides are coated with butter.
Add the honey back into the pan, add water and stir together.
Put the Pork on a serving plate. Then deglaze the pan and pour the Pecan, Honey/Butter sauce over the Pork Chops.
Serve Pork Chops hot
