4 Pork s2 forked eggs4 tbsp. butter1 small can sliced peaches2 ounces dark RumDirections:
Drain Can of Peaches
Dip Pork loin pieces in forked eggs and saute Pork
Cover Pork loin slices with sliced peaches
Cover with pan top to heat peaches
Put Pork and peaches on plates. Deglaze pan with Rum and pour rum/butter sauce over Pork/peaches and serve.
