Ingredients
2 pounds [1 kg] Pork in bite size pieces4 tbsp. Butter1 cup bread crumbs1 cup sliced mozzarella1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese2 tsp. garlic powder2 tbsp. Olive oil1 tbsp. Oregano1 cup sliced onionsDirections
Cover Pork pieces with melted butter.
Dredge buttered Pork in a mixture of bread Crumbs, oregano, garlic powder and 2/3 of theparmesan cheese
Arrange Pork in a Casserole. Add butter. Top with onion slices and then Mozzarella. Add remaining butter and Parmesan Cheese. Cover with foil and Casserole dish top
Bake into a preheated 350°F [180°C] oven for 30 minutes or until Pork is tender. Check to see if moisture is needed. If so, add Port wine or water.
