Ingredients

3 cups pork scissored into bite size pieces

1 cup clarified Butter

4 tbsp. Olive oil

1 forked egg

1/2 cup lemon juice

1 lemon cut into sections

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Dip Pork pieces in forked egg and Saute them in oil and lemon juice.

Serve then with lemon sections.
