Ingredients




2 cups of Pork scissored into bite size pieces


1 can Chicken Soup


Paprika for color


1 jar Marmalade


1 cup Heavy cream


1/2 tsp. MSG

Directions

First prepare the Marmalade Sauce.

Puree marmalade, cream and MSG on high. Then, slowly simmer until sauce thickened. Do NOT boil.

The Pork

Place Pork pieces in a pot with Chicken Soup.

Cook until tender. Drain and freeze stock for future use.

Put the Pork in a Casserole dish, cover with Marmalade Cream Sauce and then Paprika and serve.
