1 1/2 lbs. Ground Pork

1 chopped large Onion

1 tbsp. Hickory Smoked Barbecue Sauce sage

1 tsp. Garlic Powder

1/2 cup Port Wine

Directions

Preheat oven and mix all ingredients together

Put in a baking pan and bake for 3/4 to 1 hour
