4 Pork Chops
Salt and pepper
1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 cup Irish Cream Whiskey
Can Sliced Peaches
Directions
Cook bacon well done in microwave
Sprinkle salt and pepper on Pork and sauté gently until tender.
Deglaze pan and pour off fat. Add a slice or two of peaches on top of the chops. Cover with Irish Cream for a sauce.
