Ingredients
2 cups of cooked Pork cut into bite size pieces2 pkgs. of Curry sauce*2 sticks of butter1/2 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. onion powder1 tsp. sugar2 tsp. paprika2-3 tsp. Curry powder (if needed)1-1/2 cup Raisins and scissored prunesDirections
Make a Curry sauce according to pkg. Directions or follow the recipe below. If your store does not have a curry sauce mix, buy a white sauce mix and add Curry powder Mix in raisins and scissored prunes
Put Pork in a serving dish, add sauce and decorate with paprika and/or pieces of canned apricots, mushrooms or peaches as you desire. Preheat and serve.
*Recipe for Curry sauce from scratch.
Melt 5 tbsp. butter in a double boiler. Add 6 tbsp. Flour. Heat and stir together into a roux.
Slowly add 2 cups of milk stirring continually. Add salt and pepper to taste and 1/2 tsp. Garlic and Onion powder, raisins and prunes and 2-3 tbsp. Curry Powder.
