Thick Pork Chops for 4 or thin ones for 8
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp. Garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. sugar
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 pint half and half
Directons
Saute Pork Chops until done
Add parmesan cheese, half and half, oil, seasoning mix, stir and simmer gently until sauce is reduced by half.
Put Pork Chops on a serving dish, cover with sauce and serve.
