8 thin or 4 thick Pork Chops
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cups chopped mushrooms
1 cup chopped onions
1 tsp. sugar
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 pint light cream
a little extra milk
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Saute Pork Chops
Put Pork Chops on a plate and sauté mushrooms, onions and sugar in remaining oil.
Add cream to the Chicken Soup and mix sauce with onions and mushrooms and all seasonings.
Deglaze the pan with some milk. Put pork chops in a serving dish and top with sauce. Heat and you are done
