Ingredients

3 cups pork scissored to bite size

2 cans creamed Onions

1 tsp. Garlic Powder

1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp. sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Oil a casserole with bacon fat. Put in Pork. Mix creamed onions with Parmesan cheese and cover port.

Top sauce with Shredded Cheddar. Bake until done.
