Ingredients
2 cups diced Pork4 tbsp. butter8 tbsp. Salsa (your choice of "hot")1 tsp. Dark RumShredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack CheeseDirections:
Scissor Pork into bite size pieces.
Cook Pork and butter in a pot, Stirring occasionally so it does not stick together.
Add salsa, top with Cheddar or Monterey Jack and rum when Pork is almost done.
