Ingredients

:

1 pound Thin Sliced Pork

1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs

3 tbsp. Butter

2-3 tbsp. Hellman's mayonnaise

1 tsp. Oregano

Pinch of salt and pepper

Directions

Put the Pork Slices in a buttered pan.

Spoon the mayonnaise in a thin layer on top.

Then sprinkle both sides with the bread crumbs, oregano, salt and pepper.

Cover the pan and cook for 6 minutes or until tender.
