Pork Chops for 4

1 tbsp. each of tarragon, chives, basil and thyme
1 jar Honey Mustard
1/2 cup olive oil
3 cups chopped mushrooms
1 cup chopped onions
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 cup Chicken Stock
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix herbs with 1/4 cup of olive oil. Season and set asides.
Saute mushrooms, onions and sugar in remaining oil.
Add Chicken Stock and oil seasoning mix and cook two minutes.
Slather Chops with Honey mustard and Grill until done to y9ur taste
Put The Pork chops in the center of the serving plate and top with onion/mushroom mix.
