Ingredients
1 lb. Pork cut into strips2 tbsp. cornstarch1 3/4 can of Chicken broth2 tbsp. soy sauce3 tbsp. Olive Oil3 cups frozen Peas2 cups frozen Lima beans3/4 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. ground ginger
Cut Pork into bite size pieces
Mix cornstarch, broth and soy.
Sauté pork until browned. Remove and keep warm
Sauté vegetables, garlic powder and ginger until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Add cornstarch mixture until mixture boils and thickens. Add Pork to skillet and heat through.
