Ingredients


>One Pork loin cleaned and washed
1 onion cut up
2-3 apples seeded and chopped
Salt and pepper

3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. MSG
6 ounces of light cream
3 ounces of bourbon, mixed

1 small can of apricots drained

Directiona

Stuff the loin with apples and onion. Cook the loin slowly at 350 degrees F. Oil the pan and use a meat thermometer to achieve your desired degree of doneness.

While Pork is cooking blend a sauce of heavy cream, apricots, MSG and Bourbon. Simmer the Bourbon Sauce to your desired degree of thickness.

When the pork is done, slice the loin and pour the sauce over the pork pieces.
