Ingredients
4 leg quarters or Sliced Pork s2 Delicious Apples1 cup light cream1 cup milk1/2 tsp. MSG2 tsp. Oregano leaves2 tsp. Sugar2 tbsp. Brandy or RumDirections
Slice apples and remove pits
Mix Oregano Garlic powder and cream
Next. alternate layers of Pork and apple slices in a Casserole dish. Cover with apple/ cream sauce.
Put a layer of Aluminum foil over Casserole dish and cover
Cook at 350 F until Pork is tender. Add milk if necessary. Add Brandy to the sauce 5 minutes before done
