This is an adaptation of the famous French dish, Sole With Crumpled Bacon

Ingredients

4 Pork legs or

Milk + 2 tbsp. according to Directions

1 pkg. White sauce or Bechamel


3 tbsp. Bacon fat

<1/2 lb. well done crumpled Bacon

Directions

Put Pork in a Casserole with 2 tbsp. Bacon fat and bake for 1/2 hour.

Sauce, the Easy Way

Prepare pkg. sauce according to Directions. Stir in 3 extra ounces of milk and an extra tbsp. each of bacon fat and flour to add flavor.

Add the crumpled bacon and the sauce is done.

Cover the Pork with the sauce, heat and serve when ready.
