Ingredients


2 cups of sliced Pork Loin cut into bite size pieces
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 can of the small artichoke hearts (Do not get the large, they are too tough)
1 lb. Bacon, microwaved well done
Paprika for color
2 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
4 ounces of honey
extra milk

Directions

Blend Artichokes, cream, honey, mustard and Garlic Powder on high.

Place Pork in Casserole and cover with sauce.

Crumble well done bacon on top of sauce

Then, Do not boil but slowly simmer until Pork is tender. Add milk as needed to maintain moisture
