Ingredients
2 cups of sliced Pork Loin cut into bite size pieces1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 can of the small artichoke hearts (Do not get the large, they are too tough)1 lb. Bacon, microwaved well donePaprika for color2 tsp. Garlic Powder2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard4 ounces of honeyextra milkDirections
Blend Artichokes, cream, honey, mustard and Garlic Powder on high.
Place Pork in Casserole and cover with sauce.
Crumble well done bacon on top of sauceThen, Do not boil but slowly simmer until Pork is tender. Add milk as needed to maintain moisture
