Ingredients
3 cups bite size Pork pieces1 jar salsa (your choice of hot)1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup1 can Small Artichoke Hearts4 ounces Monterey Jack Cheese4 tbsp. Bacon fatDirections
Preheat oven to 300F
Saute pork in bacon fat in a large pot. Mix Soup and Salsa and add cover pork.
Bake at 300 F for 15 minutes. Add a layer of MONTERY Jack Cheese, Decorate with Artichoke hearts and serve.
